Sophie’s Safecracking Simulator
Posted: August 20, 2021 Filed under: Patreon Leave a comment »So for the past tenish days I’ve been working on this thing for the jamulator game jam.
You can see my progress in the twitter thread here if you want, I also chatted about it a fair bit in my discord server so you can see some more WIP stuff there if you’re interested.
Anyway about the thing itself:
- It has fully simulated group 2(ish) mechanical safe locks!
- Real-life safecracking techniques will work on the sim
- There are a bunch of tools (Spectrogram, gyroscope, zoom camera, x-ray) you can use to help you crack the combination – but if you know what you’re doing you won’t need ANY of them!
I’m going to be honest with you: I went WAY deeper into this than I ever had to, and I think it is way cooler for it. Normally I think I’d fail at the attempt but this week I had the perfect amount of energy and focus and here it is! I’m really happy with it, especially for a jam game!
Downloads are below 🙂
Oh and if you don’t know how to crack a safe, this video playlist is one I found very helpful!
Vampire Queen of Evenmere – Week 4

This isn’t much of a surprise to be honest, but it’s not a dissapointment either, I’m really psyched by how much I did manage to write, and I’m excited to finish the book.
Though I will be taking a little break from it being my main focus as I plan to work on some small updates to my cubes and my dice this month, as well as plan where I’m going with this gamebook a bit better.
Thanks for your support allowing me to do something like this, it has meant a lot and I really appreciate it <3
Anyway if you want to play the gamebook as it is now, > here is the link <
The Chamber (One Page RPG)
Posted: August 20, 2021 Filed under: Patreon Leave a comment »So last night around midnight I threw together this thing, and spent the morning fixing it up for you <3
It’s a very loosely defined concept and setting allowing every player to GM a world where other player characters can enter. I also trimmed down the dice system I made for DreamSent and put that in there, but tbh you could use any ruleset you please – if you want to transport a bunch of DnD characters to the chamber then go for it.
It is as-yet untested, and will probably remain so because honestly I don’t have the time and part of the nature of the game means it will require a fair amount of preperation for every player. I’m busy making an RPG that is more than one page and it’s tiiiiiiiiime consuuuuuuumiiiiiiing.
Anyway I love you, bye for now <3
Sophie’s Safecracking Simulator v1.1
Posted: August 20, 2021 Filed under: Patreon Leave a comment »I’ve spent another week making this better!
Short version of the changelog is:
- Tutorials! Learn how the locks work and how to crack them!
- Prettier! (ambient occlusion, motion blur)
- Turn the dial with the mouse!
- Win screen!
- Stopwatch!
- WAY better models/animation!
- Better “Gentle Turning” control!
- Fixed bugs!
I’m hoping to have one more update for this (mostly to add a settings menu and a couple more lock options) and then to release it on steam – and be 100% done with it never to have to return. I am happy with it but also sick of working on it!
S•I•T•C•O•M (4-page RPG) (Updated!)
Posted: August 20, 2021 Filed under: Patreon Leave a comment »Like most of my best work, this started as a bad joke on twitter. A while after posting it, I owned myself by actually making it.
It’s a TTRPG where you play out an episode of a cheesy sitcom. It’s meant to be a low-stakes, one-session, silly kind of game with throwaway characters. It should be easy to get into since most of the pages are just generation tables, with all the rules on one page, and some tips for the GM on another.
Like The Chamber, this is absolutely untested rn and I don’t have the time or company to test it myself, so it might not be super balanced. But even if the mechanics are broken it should still be fun if it’s something that appeals to you 🙂
Update: I polished the layout a whole lot, and improved some wording, and made some tweaks to roll table options so they are a bit more fun. Grab V0.002!
Update2: I added character sheets, there’s six to a page 🙂
